This project is located along the riverfront in downtown Cincinnati that has undergone massive redevelopment since 2008. Situated between Paul Brown Stadium and the Great American Ballpark, the area has been truly revitalized with a mix of retail, residential and commercial uses. Radius is a 291-unit residential project over structured parking and almost 19,402 square feet of ground floor retail space. Nine stories in height, the design of this project bears reference to the grid-like structure of the city and the curvature of the Ohio River. The resulting design is a dynamic expression of how the city meets the river between the two stadiums. The project is envisioned as a live-work-play urban environment for young professionals and empty nesters, featuring apartments with full amenities, prominent street front retail and fine dining experiences with spectacular views of the city and the river.
